This is an old matter of the year,1997. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., 21.10.2022, the bundle is not put up and the learned counsel for the appellant also reported that they do not have the bundle. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to close the appeal. The appeal can be reopened whenever the bundle is produced by the learned counsel for either of the parties. With the above said observation, the Second Appeal is closed.
