Earlier order, dated 20.09.2018 on Arbitration Application No.60 of 2018 is modified and the appointment made thereby is revoked.

Consequently, Sri E.Jagannadha Reddy, Retired District Judge, Flat No.202, Yashoda Residency, Street No.13, Somasundara Nagar, Central Excise Colony, Bagh Amberpet, Hyderabad - 13, is appointed as Arbitrator to arbitrate on the disputes between the applicant and the respondent, including the claims and counter claims of both sides.
