THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8557 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No. 2 and 3 in not returning the petitioners passport bearing No. F8060275 to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to return the Petitioners Passport bearing No. F8060275 forthwith" .

During the course of hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 informed the Court that the respondents 2 and 3 have already returned the passport bearing No.F8060275 to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive for adjudication in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 28th NOVEMBER 2018.
