THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7114 of 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6 and 11 seeking anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime.No.35 of 2023 on the file of Ganneruvaram Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Section 306 r/w. 34 of IPC and Section 3(2) (va) of SC/ST's (POA) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Accused Nos.5, 6 and 11 are the petitioners seeking the relief of anticipatory bail. Except stating in the complaint that 12 persons are responsible, there are no specific allegations against these petitioners. The major part of the investigation is complete. Other accused were also arrested. These petitioners can be granted relief of anticipatory bail for the reason of there being no over tacts attributed to these petitioners specifically, subject to the following conditions:-

1) The petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6 and 11 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer,

Ganneruvaram Police Station, Karimnagar District on 14.08.2023. Upon such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6 and 11 on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.

2) On such release, the petitioner/Accused Nos.6 and 11 shall appear before the concerned police every Monday for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of investigation. The 1st petitioner/A-5, being a lady is directed to appear as and when directed.

3) The petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6 and 11 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
