THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28922 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Endowments (A.P.) and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.).

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation and the same was acknowledged by the third respondent but no action has been taken so far and in view of the said inaction, the petitioners herein are suffering irreparable loss.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders that the said representation, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, would be verified and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and acknowledged by the third respondent on 01.07.2017, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
