THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition Nos.9933, 9934, 10283 and 10328 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in all the petitions is similar and identical, they are being disposed of by this common order. All the criminal petitions are filed by the petitioners/A-5 and A-6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against them in P.R.C.Nos.10 of 2015 and 11 of 2015 and C.F.R.Nos.2401 of 2015 and 2403 of 2015 respectively on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli. Heard and perused the material on record.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners, while not pressing for the main prayer, confined his arguments only to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners herein before the trial Court. In any event, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners/A-5 and A-6 before the committal Court as well as the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when their presence is specifically required for the purpose of framing of charges and for the examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C. However, the petitioners/A-5 and A-6 shall be properly represented by their counsel on all the dates of hearing. Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
