This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent-University in rejecting the affiliation to the first petitionerCollege, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties with one voice submitted that no further orders are required in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Writ Petition is closed. However, closure of this writ petition does not preclude the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law.
