The present Writ Petition, under Article, 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"to issue Writ, order or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in conducting survey and fix boundaries by affecting sub-division in respect of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.0.02 Gts., in Sy.No.91/A, situated at Somavaram Village, Wyra Mandal of Khammam District, despite earlier Memo dated 26.06.2008 issued by the 3rd respondent and also latest online application receipt No.TE115861, dated 06.09.2016, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and fix boundaries in respect of subject land by affecting sub-division within a reasonable time."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking liberty to approach the authorized surveyor to get the land admeasuring Ac.0.02 Gts., in Sy.No.91/A, situated at Somavaram Village, Wyra Mandal of Khammam District surveyed.

Having regard to the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving
liberty to the petitioner to approach the Surveyor, who is authorized to conduct survey in respect of house plots and get the survey of the subject land done, in accordance with law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
