HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4648 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner, under sections 437 and Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.RCT-RJY/2015 of Rajahmundry Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(2) read with Section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The petitioner was arrested on 17-04-2015 and he has been in jail for the past over 50 days. Most of the investigation has already been completed. Considering these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Vijayawada and the petitioner shall report before the S.H.O. concerned daily for a period of fifteen days. _________________ RAJA ELANGO, J.
