THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.38832 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, though the petitioner raised number of grounds for adjudication, but however, while submitting the arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument only to the extent of considering the representation made by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent herein.

Admittedly, the petitioner made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 20.10.2016 and a reminder on 05.11.2016 and the same is pending for consideration. Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
