This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner and with the civil disputes. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents Nos.3 and 4 are interfering with the affairs of the petitioners and with the civil disputes between the petitioner and one Pushparaj and others. 4.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners more particularly, with any of the civil disputes between the petitioner and one Pushparaj and others. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the above respondents to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioners for cognizable offence." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
