This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06-11-2015, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 to 5 to facilitate it to lay effluent water pipe line from its premises at Sarapaka Village, Burgampahad Mandal, Khammam District.
After arguing the case, Mr.Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedy available to it in law. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition,
