This Petition is filed seeking to transfer C.c.No.36 of 2014 on the file of First Class Magistrate, Sripur, Adilabad District, to any other Court having jurisdiction in Ranga Reddy District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 16.11.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kaghaznagar Police Station, Adilabad District, wherein it is stated that this case has been compromised between the parties in Lok Adalat held on 05.02.2016.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the Transfer Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
