The petitioner prays for return of originals of Exs.A-2, A-4, A-9 and A-11. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 29.07.2004 directed winding up of respondent Company and exhibits are no more required to be kept with this case. The petitioner prays for return of the above exhibits. This application is ordered, subject to the condition of petitioner substituting the exhibits with certified copies.

Office is directed to take on file the certified copies substituted in terms of this order and thereafter return the originals.
