This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, assailing the order, dated 02.07.2014, of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, passed in I.A.No.918 of 2014 in O.S.No.106 of 2006.

There is no representation for the petitioner/ defendant. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court dismissed the suit without costs on 05.09.2014. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
