THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4255 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK, J) Sri P. Amarender Reddy, learned counsel, states that he has been instructed to appear in this matter in the place of Sri Gandham Durga Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel further states that in the light of the law laid down by this Court, the Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal in accordance with law.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
