THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5438 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.411 of 2018 in C.C.No.363 of 2016 dated 06.04.2018, passed by the XVI Additional Judge-cumXX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, dismissing the application filed under Section 315 Cr.P.C to accord permission to the petitioner to adduce evidence. In view of the detailed orders passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5437 of 2018 dated 11.09.2018, this criminal petition is also dismissed.

In the result, criminal petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
