HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26377 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging orders of the Labour CourtII, Hyderabad dated 02-12-2002 in MP.No.86 of 2000.

2. First respondent herein approached Labour Court-II, Hyderabad challenging deduction of Rs.24,795/-, which the Corporation deducted as excess payment and Labour Court, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, allowed the application and directed the petitioner-Corporation to pay the recovered amount and challenging the same, present writ petition is filed.

3. This Court granted interim suspension on 19-12-2003 on condition of depositing half of the amount with costs before the Labour Court and permitted the first respondent herein to withdraw that amount without furnishing any security.

4. As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed MP.No.86 of 2000 before the Labour Court-II, was dismissed on 22-10-2010 for non-compliance of the order dated 1808-2010.

5. Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

6. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
