This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 10.3.2010 passed in I.A. No.458 of 2010 in A.S.No.22 of 2010 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the appeal on 16.12.2013. The learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties and the Office note, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
