THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1267 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 04.08.2018, passed by this Court in W.P. No.25945 of 2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

Petitioner assumed that this Court directed an affidavit to be submitted along with the original of endorsement given to her to be sent to forensic expert. What all this Court directed is, taking into consideration the allegations in the writ affidavit, to verify the veracity of the stand taken by the respondent, the petitioner shall, by way of an affidavit, submit original endorsement given to her, which shall be sent to the forensic expert along with the admitted signatures of the 4th respondent. The petitioner, as a matter of fact, submits that she had filed an affidavit to that effect, as directed by this Court. In that event, the petitioner needs to pursue the Writ Petition and seek appropriate orders therein. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her grievance in the main Writ Petition itself. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
