THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20257 of 2019 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declare the action of the respondents in non issuance of E pattadar pass books for the land in survey No. 97/8/E extent Ac. 2.00 gts situated at Rangapet Village Bellampally Mandal, Mancherial District basing on the applications dated 04.07.2019 and 22.08.2019 as arbitrary and illegal and also violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the applications dated 04.07.2019 and 22.08.2019 and to issue E pattadar pass books and online pahani....." When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 17.09.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.19895 of 2019 and batch.
Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In those circumstances, the Writ Petitions are disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to process the applications of the petitioners as per the procedure governed in Circular, dated 09.09.2017, and keeping in view the fact that they were issued pattadar pass books, and take necessary steps in this regard within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any clarification is needed, respondent No.4 shall issue notice to the petitioners therefor."
Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
