Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (A.P) representing the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the prayer in the writ petition in supporting affidavit including the material on record and also the written instructions. A perusal of the written instructions show that due to earlier discrepancy and non furnishing of bank account, the compensation could not be paid and the respondents are ready to pay the compensation whenever the petitioner furnishes his bank account. Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to furnish his bank account so that the amount can be remitted. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his further rights, if any. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
