The petitioner challenges the order dated 03.09.2019 passed by the 3rd respondent-District Registrar, in Appeal Petition No.1 of 2019 filed by the 5th respondent.

It is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the validity or otherwise of the order in appeal. As on date, the V-Additional District Judge, Kothagudem, passed Docket Order dated 08.08.2019 in I.A.No.706 of 2019 in O.S.No.23 of 2019.

In the light of the order dated 08.08.2019, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Sub-Registrar and submit the same along with objections. The Sub-Registrar shall consider the same in the light of S.O.No.219 issued vide Government Memo No.2722/ U2/ 70-4, Revenue, dated 17.11.1970.
