fca_42_2007 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of order and decree dated 15-11-2006 in O.P.No. 325 of 2005 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad, whereby the said O.P. filed by the appellant, for dissolution of marriage, under Section 13 (1) (ia) and Section 14 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, was dismissed.

This appeal was referred for mediation. The settlement report has been sent by the mediator along with docket proceedings, wherein it is stated that since both parties have already obtained divorce by mutual consent on 19-07-2012 in O.P.No. 1133 of 2011, the parties jointly requested to close this appeal. A copy of the order dated 19-07-2012 in O.P.No. 1133 of 2011, granting divorce by mutual consent, is also enclosed by the Deputy Director, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad. Smt. B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel, representing Sri C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that in view of the order dated 19-07-2012 in O.P.No. 1133 of 2011, this appeal has become infructuous. 3.
