This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in P.R.C.No.24 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
