THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22698 of 2017 O R D E R:
Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that his father, who was employed as Cashier in the Cooperative Central Bank, B-Kotha Kota Branch, Chittoor District, died on 16.02.2011 and even though several representations had been given to respondents 2 and 3 seeking compassionate appointment in the said Bank, respondents 2 and 3 have not taken any action in that regard.

Sri T.Nagarjuna Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 states that if the petitioner makes fresh representation, respondents 2 and 3 will consider the same and inform the petitioner of their decision.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to respondents 2 and 3 within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receiving the said representation, respondents 2 and 3 shall consider the same within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate their decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
