A. Bala Kotaiah S/O.Chinnaiah, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.36497 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that though he made an application on 18.09.2015 in accordance with Form-1-A along with supporting documents for issuance of pattadar passbooks, the same has not been considered by the 2nd respondent. Hence the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that originally the lands set out in the Writ petition were belonging to father of the petitioner and thereafter, some of the lands were sold to his eldest son and the remaining land was in possession of father of the petitioner. It is further stated that father of the petitioner viz., Chennaiah was not pattadar and in any case since the application is filed for issuance of pattadar passbooks, the 2nd respondent would pass appropriate orders within 15 days.
In view of the said instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine and consider the petitioner's application, dated 18.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _____________________________ VILAS V.
