O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.3 in considering the application of the petitioner dated 23.7.2016 filed in Form 6-A of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder, for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Kallur Mandal, at Kallur, Kunrool District to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the application of the petitioner dated 23.7.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
