Both petitioners submitted their representations on 08.12.2010 to the Secretary, Singareni Collieries Educational Society, Kothagudem, praying to absorb the petitioners against grant-in-aid posts of School Assistants w.e.f. 01.12.2002 and 15.04.1992, respectively. Since the claim of the petitioners was for absorption against the aided post, the Secretary/Correspondent forwarded the representations of the petitioners to the District Educational Officer, Khammam, Khammam District.
