CVNR, J & GSP, J WP 25767/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus by declaring proceedings vide REV-CSECOPDL(PRC)/6/2017D.TH(C7), dt.13.06.2017 of respondent No.2, as confirmed in G.O. Rt. No.1373, General Administration (Law and Order) Department, dt.21.06.2017, as illegal and unconstitutional. At the hearing, learned counsel for both the parties are agreed that today by a separate order passed by this Court in W.P. No.25746 of 2017 an identical detention order was set aside. Therefore, following the said order, the impugned detention order as confirmed in G.O. Rt. No.1373, dt.21.06.2017, is set aside with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order. The detenu is directed to be released from the detention forthwith, if he is not required in any other case.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed.
