It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 28.02.2017, in Crl.R.C.No.419 of 2017, the N.B.Ws. issued against the petitioners were recalled and they were enlarged on bail and nothing survives in this petition.

Recording the same, the Criminal Revision Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings before appropriate Forum.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
