HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18658 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional in fixing the time scale of pay to petitioners from 01.07.1989 and to declare petitioners are eligible for the time scale of pay from 30.01.1981 i.e., the date of appointment in board service.

On 07.11.2003 this Court granted interim direction as prayed for in WPMP No.23290 of 2003.

Advocate for writ petitioners submitted that interim order dated 07.11.2003 is already implemented and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the same can be disposed of in terms of interim order.

Considering the submission of learned advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order passed by this Court in WPMP No.23290 of 2003, dated 07.11.2003. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
