WRIT PETITION No. 18671 OF 2018.

O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in not registering FIR on his complaint dated 14/11/2017 and not complying with the Memo.No.13038/General/A-1/2017, dated 11/12/2017 issued by the first respondent, as illegal, void and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to forthwith register FIR on his complaint and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [AP] appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted written instructions filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police,

Bhongir Town Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No. 199 of 2018 of Bhongir Town Police Station has been registered for the offences punishable under section 447, 427, 370 of I.P.C., against the sixth respondent and others and took up investigation.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No costs. _____________________________ JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKAR REDDY.
