This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2012 for extending the license period in terms of agreement bond in respect of running of parking stand at NTR Memorial and issuing the fresh e-procurement tender notice dated 05.11.2012 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2012 for extending the license period as per clause 7 of the agreement bond in respect of running of parking stand at NTR Memorial in the interest of justice."

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted license for collection of parking fees for the period from 01.08.2009 to 31.07.2012 and as the same expired, the petitioner made an application for extension of the same.

It is stated in the counter-affidavit that since the license period of the petitioner is already over, a fresh tender was issued on 05.11.2012 and the license was granted to the successful bidder. At the time of admission, no interim orders were granted by this Court. Since already respondent-Authorities granted license in favour of successful bidder, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
