P.Venkataiah, v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh,

2016-12-29S.V.Bhatt1 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.21306 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioners and respondents.

On 28.10.2013, while admitting the writ petition, the following interim direction was issued by this Court:

"Therefore, there shall be interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for extension of benefit for the relief package in Circular No.NB.172/PCD-15/2006 dated 19.10.2006 issued by NABARD, without reference to the re-schedulement of loans obtained by the petitioners". I have perused the writ prayer and also the interim direction granted by this Court. I am of the view that the writ petition is filed complaining inaction in extending the benefits covered by Circular dated 19.10.2006 issued by respondent No.6.

Having regard to the interim direction, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by making interim order as final order in the writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
