This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the 5th respondent in not issuing permission to Neeru-Chettu Programme without following any procedure issued in Memo No.10444/CAD1/2014-12, dated 11.02.2015 and No.10444/CAD1/2014-16, dated 18.02.2015 of A.P. Government I & CAD Department, as illegal and arbitrary.

During the course of hearing learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Common Area Development submitted that permission has already been accorded by the 5th respondent pursuant to the orders passed by the 4th respondent on 13.07.2015, and he has agreed to record his statement.

In view of the same, recording the statement of the learned Government Pleader the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
