THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 17890 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Non-inclusion of the petitioners' names in the voters' list for the elections of the Managing Committee of the 1st respondent Society, which were scheduled to be held on 10.06.2016, notwithstanding the fact that they were already admitted as Members of the Society, is challenged in this Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Today, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (Telangana), on instructions, would submit that the petitioners have already been admitted as Members and hence, they would be allowed to participate in the elections of the Managing Committee of the Society. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No costs. However, it is needless to mention that the petitioners' names figure in the voters' list, if they are eligible to vote. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
