CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.20704 of 2017 Dated:10.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 30.8.2016, in O.A.No.4674 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) placed before us G.O.Rt.No.1073, Finance (Admn.II) Department, dated 18.7.2017, whereby respondent No.1 has regularised the services of the petitioner with prospective effect. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with the issuance of the afore-mentioned G.O.
, the impugned order of the Tribunal stands partly complied with and that his client may be left free to avail a fresh legal remedy against the action of the respondents in denying him the benefit of past service. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.25396 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
