THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19918 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the non-consideration of the application, dated 27.08.2019, submitted by the petitioner to the 4th respondent seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The case of the petitioner is that his grand father came to be recognized as owner of an agricultural land in Sy.No.47/2 to an extent of Ac.7.37 gts. in Valbhapur Village of Veenavanka, by virtue of order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karimnagar, in Appeal No.D/5141/2012, dated 26.10.2015. The grand father and father of the petitioner are no more. The petitioner, being the sole survivor and successor-in-interest of the said property, submitted an application, dated 27.08.2019, to the 4th respondent, for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and to mutate his name in the revenue records. The grievance of the petitioner is non-disposal of the said application.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take steps to redress the grievance of the petitioner by considering his application, dated

CKR,J W.P.No.19918 of 2019 27.08.2019, and pass necessary orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
