THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3117 OF 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri S. Ganesh submits that the petitioner herein filed Crl.P.No.1194 of 2017 which was settled before Lok Adalat and compromise was also recorded by this Court on 03.08.2017. Hence, on the strength of compromise recorded by this Court, learned counsel requested this Court to close the criminal revision case.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are needed to be passed in the case and accordingly the criminal revision case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
