This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.201 of 2015 of Anakapalli Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) & 20-2(b) of NDPS Act. A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is 64 kgs. Admittedly, the petitioner was in possession of the said ganja.

Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner - accused No.1.
