HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19991 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

It is stated by both sides that the issue in this writ petition is covered by order dated 18-12-2015 in WP.No.32614 of 2015. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order which shall be subject to further direction which may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the limitation which is pending before it arising out of judgment dated 12-09-2012 in WP.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
