THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28640 of 2008 ORDER:

The lease period in the instant case commenced in the year 2007 and came to an end in the year 2010. By afflux of time, since the said lease period came to an end nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has been continuing her business as on today and she may be permitted to make representation for her continuation, as per law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open for the writ petitioner to make a representation to the respondents for redressal of her grievance, if any. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
