ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-Corporation challenging the Award dated 18-12-2002 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur, whereunder the respondent-workman was given fresh appointment.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner-Corporation submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondent-workman was reinstated into service, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
