Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the 6th respondent has returned the original certificates of the petitioner and thus the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court and no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
