HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON No.30290 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri G.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the auction sale was conducted on 15.09.2017 pursuant to the impugned auction sale notice dated 11.08.2017. However, as no steps have been taken in this writ petition in relation to the said development, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh case in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
