THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1109 OF 2015 ORDER:

This revision is preferred challenging the docket order dated 01-08-2014 passed in P.R.C. No.57 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Jagtial, Karimnagar District, wherein the learned Magistrate while taking cognizance for the offences under Section 3(i)(x) of S.Cs. & S.Ts. (PoA) Act and Sections 294, 323, 506 I.P.C., issued N.B.W. to accused for his appearance before the trial Court on or before 2208-2014. The offences alleged against the petitioner being under Section 3(i)(x) of S.Cs. & S.Ts. (PoA) Act and Sections 294, 323, 506 I.P.C., the trial Court is of the view that on execution of the bond only the case can be committed to the Court of Sessions and hence passed the said order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the following directions :

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court concerned on or before 31-07-2015 and on his surrender, the trial Court is directed to recall the warrant on his execution of a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) with one surety and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the

committal Court and the trial Court regularly for future hearings. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
