This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 06-10-2015, in

WP.No.28986 of 2011 by the respondents.

At the hearing, the contemnors are personally present.

The learned Counsel for the contemnors submitted that on 09-08-2016, an order was issued appointing the petitioner as 'Record Clerk' on probation subject to the outcome of Writ Appeal (Sr) No.8976 of 2016.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has admitted this position and submitted that in pursuance of the said appointment order, his client has joined duty.

In the light of the above facts, the contempt, if any, committed by the respondents has been purged. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
