Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, Sri K.Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned Government Pleader for Energy for 3rd respondent, Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 10 and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.11 to 20. 2.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.13-02-2017 in W.P.No.1738 of 2017 and batch.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit its representation to the Chief General Manager (Operations) of the respective Distribution Company, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open for the Chief General Manager (Operations) to consider and take a decision on the representation in accordance with Section 4B of the Act, within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not approach the Chief General Manager (Operations) in terms of the above order, it is open for the respondents to take action as per law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
