ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.303 of 2014 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Basing on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the police registered a case against the petitioners herein and three others for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 420 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings and the investigation may go on. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court when they are proposed to be examined under Section 239 Cr.P.C., and after completion of the said examination, the presence of petitioners is dispensed with till the date of their examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

3. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
